1. Service Overview
Parx24 allows users to find, book, and pay for parking spaces in advance through the app or website.

2. User Responsibility
- Provide accurate personal and vehicle details while booking.
- Arrive at the parking location within the booking time.
- Follow all parking area rules and local regulations.

3. Booking & Payment
- Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partners (like Cashfree or any other).
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Cancellation & Refund
- Users can cancel bookings as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.

5. Prohibited Use
Users shall not misuse the app for unlawful activity, fraud, or unauthorized access.

6. Limitation of Liability
Parx24 is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings inside parking areas.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the revised terms.
