Cancellation by User - Cancellations are allowed before the booked parking slot start time. - A small convenience fee may be deducted depending on the timing of the cancellation. 2. Refund Processing - Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the same payment method within 5–7 working days. - No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the start time of booking. 3. Technical Failure or Double Payment In case of transaction failure or double debit, the amount will be automatically refunded after verification. 4. Cancellation by Parx24 If a booking is cancelled by Parx24 due to system or partner issues, you’ll receive a full refund.
